1 Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By creating an account with 93dcom, access the platform, or use any of the available services — Sports Betting, casino games, slots, crash games, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and all other 93dcom policies incorporated into this document by reference.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use 93dcom's services. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated versions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use 93dcom's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be prohibited from participating in online betting by any court or administrative order;
• Not be an employee, partner, representative, or first-degree relative of any 93dcom staff member;
• Be legally eligible to enter into contracts in Brazil under the Brazilian Civil Code.

2.1 Account Uniqueness

Each CPF allows the registration of only one account on 93dcom. Creating, using, or accessing more than one account — whether under your own name, using a third party's details, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. 93dcom uses automated duplicate account detection systems that cross-reference data such as CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, and device.

Duplicate accounts that are identified will be suspended immediately. Balances, bonuses, and pending bets on duplicate accounts may be cancelled at 93dcom's discretion, with no obligation to return funds related to activity in violation of these terms.

2.2 Responsibility for Registration Data

You are responsible for keeping your registration details accurate and up to date. Any inconsistencies — incorrect name, invalid CPF, outdated address — may result in a temporary withdrawal hold until the issue is resolved with 93dcom's verification team. Intentionally providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

93dcom is required by regulation to verify the identity of its users. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be requested at any time, but is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and for withdrawals above R$ 500.00.

3.1 Accepted Documents

To complete identity verification on 93dcom, you will need to submit:

• Valid government-issued photo ID: RG, CNH, Passport, or Carteira de Trabalho;

4 Deposits

4.1 Deposit Limits

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

5 Withdrawals

93dcom processes Pix withdrawals in up to 3 minutes after approval, in most cases. Withdrawals via boleto and TED bank transfer take up to 2 business days.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00;
• Identity verification (KYC) completed and approved;
• Balance available after any applicable bonus rollover requirements are met;
• At least one successful deposit made before the first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible.

5.2 Withdrawal Verification

93dcom may, at any time, request additional information before processing a withdrawal. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

93dcom's welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. To claim it:

• Make your first deposit of at least R$ 20.00;
• The bonus is credited automatically — no promotional code required;
• The rollover is 5x the bonus amount in Sports Betting (minimum odds of 1.50 per selection);
• For casino games and slots, the rollover is 10x the bonus amount;
• The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the deposit date;
• Voided bets, Asian handicap bets, or bets with combined odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are valid only for the account to which they were credited — they are non-transferable;
• Bonuses not withdrawn before their expiry date are automatically removed from the account;
• 93dcom reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any practice that constitutes misuse of promotions;
• Only one welcome bonus per CPF is allowed over the lifetime of the account;

7 Sports Betting

7.1 Betting Rules

• Minimum bet: R$ 2.00 per selection;
• The odds recorded at the moment the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply — fluctuations between selection and confirmation are normal and are the bettor's responsibility;
• Parlay bets can combine up to 20 selections from different events and sports;
• Bets placed after an event has started are valid only if accepted by the 93dcom live system;
• 93dcom may cap the maximum stake on certain markets or for specific accounts.

7.2 Live Betting & Cash Out

Live bets on 93dcom are updated in real time. Cash out — early settlement of bets — is available on eligible markets before and during events. The cash out value is calculated automatically based on current market odds and may be lower than the original stake or the total potential return. 93dcom may temporarily suspend cash out during periods of high odds volatility (goal, red card, match interruption).

7.3 Cancelled, Suspended, or Postponed Events

• Cancelled events: bets are voided and the amount returned to your balance;
• Events postponed by less than 48 hours: bets remain active for the new date;
• Events postponed by more than 48 hours: bets are voided and the amount returned;
• Events suspended and restarted on the same day: bets remain valid;
• In accumulator bets where one event is cancelled, that selection is removed and the return is recalculated based on the remaining selections.

8 Casino Games & Crash Games

• Deposit or withdraw through third-party accounts, or use payment methods not registered in your name;
• Using your 93dcom account for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing illicit activities.

93dcom continuously monitors account activity and reserves the right to suspend, close, and withhold balances from accounts that violate these rules, with no obligation to provide prior notice in cases of suspected serious fraud.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your 93dcom account at any time through customer support. Prior to closure, any available balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be paid out via Pix or another available method, provided identity verification is complete.

10.2 Suspension by 93dcom

93dcom may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, use of false information, or illegal activity;
• At the user's own request (responsible gambling self-exclusion);
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months;
• Regulatory or judicial determination.

11 Responsible Gambling
